How to Order

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via direct deposit, cheque, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Japanese Credit Bureau) or via PayPal. 
  • Direct deposit details: ANZ - BSB 015 010  Account No: 483  136  171
  • Call us should you wish to pay directly by credit card. (Note you do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment by a Credit Card). Please note a 2.5% surcharge applies for all VISA & Mastercard credit card transactions and a 3.5% surcharge for any AMEX and JCB transactions.
  • We must receive payment in full before orders are dispatched. Please note payment is not regarded as having been received until our bank has confirmed receipt of cleared funds to our account.
  • All Corporate orders require a 50% deposit when ordered and we require full payment prior to delivery.

Providing your Contact Details

  • A contact phone number for the recipient(s) is essential - please ensure you provide these details as it will aid in the prompt delivery of your gift.
  • We also require a valid phone number and/or email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately, should one of our office staff have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Deliveries

  • If a gift cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or no person available for signing, the extra courier charge for re-delivery will be forwarded on to you. Please ensure delivery details are accurate.
  • When receiving a parcel, a signature will be required from the recipient to confirm delivery has been received. If being delivered to a personal address, please ensure that you give us the authority for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe area, out of the weather. Please indicate specific directions when ordering. If you authorise us to leave a gift box at the delivery address without a signature we cannot be held responsible for it thereafter.
  • Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday (See below for Saturday, Sunday and other deliveries).
  • For single orders being delivered in the Adelaide metropolitan area that have been received before 10.00am, you can expect either same or next day delivery (any orders received after 1.00pm can expect next day delivery). For any outer SA metropolitan deliveries, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for these orders. We can not guarantee same day delivery unless the order was placed the previous day and is being sent to a metropolitan South Australian address.
  • PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA COST FOR SATURDAY DELIVERIES.
  • Yes we do interstate deliveries - just call or email us and we'll get back to you to discuss options & costings
  • Please allow 1-3 days for interstate / country, 2-5 days for more remote locations (eg. Northern Territory, Western Australia and Far North Queensland).
  • Saturday deliveries can be arranged up until 10:00am for an additional flat fee of $25.00 AU plus the standard delivery charge within the Adelaide metropolitan area. Please call or email us to arrange.
  • Overseas orders are welcome – conditions and fees apply. Call or email us to discuss delivery options.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

  • ALL orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be processed on the following work day morning.

Public Holiday Deliveries

  • Gossip Box is closed on Public Holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • Adelaide metropolitan area from $10.00-$25.00 AU.
  • Outer Adelaide area & Adelaide Hills $14.00-$30.00+ AU.
  • Saturday deliveries can be arranged up until 10:00am for a flat fee of $25.00 AU plus the standard delivery charge within the Adelaide metropolitan area.
  • Should we need to 'redeliver' a gift due to incorrect details given, you may be charged an additional delivery fee prior to gift being redelivered.
  • For any interstate or overseas deliveries, as our system does NOT automatically calculate the delivery costs, we will advise you of the charges BEFORE processing your order to ensure you are aware of the full cost and to discuss the options available to you.

          Note: We CAN NOT arrange deliveries on Saturday to any outer SA metropolitan, country, interstate or overseas orders.

  • For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10.00am Monday to Friday (for deliveries within 25km of CBD).
  • Deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Every effort will be made to have your parcel delivered on time, but we can't be responsible for courier delays that are out of our control. Please note that we cannot accept a specific delivery time (e.g. 1.30pm). Please check with our office if your gift has to be delivered on a certain day.
  • Overseas orders are welcome - conditions and fees apply. Call or email us to discuss delivery charges.

Christmas Orders

  • With Christmas orders for country & interstate areas, please place orders at least 4 working days before you would like gift to be delivered.
  • Interstate and overseas orders are welcome – conditions and fees apply. Call or email us to discuss.
  • All Corporate orders require a 50% deposit when ordered and we require full payment prior to delivery.

Corporate Orders

  • Christmas orders for corporate clients are being taken from 2nd July 2012 until the 10th December, 2012. (Please note this cut off time is only for orders greater than 30 individual gifts).
  • Interstate and overseas orders are welcome - please advise actual numbers and delivery location to ensure correct costings are applied to any quotes given. Conditions and fees apply. Please call or email us to discuss.

Alcohol

  • Please note that gifts containing alcohol can only be sold and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

Refunds / Cancellations

  • Gossip Box will not accept return of goods without prior approval. Refunds are only applicable if there is proof that the products were damaged or faulty at time of delivery.
  • Should your parcel be damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately to discuss potential replacement options. Any parcels damaged which have not been reported to Gossip Box within 24 hours from when the parcel had been signed for (including if a representative of your company or accepted by a third party on your behalf) via phone or email may not be replaced at our cost.
  • Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch. We are unable to accept a cancellation after the order has been sent or put together by our office.
  • We reserve the right to substitute an item that is out of stock or unavailable, and we guarantee that the product chosen will be to equal or greater value. (NOTE: some images  on our website differ to the actual products provided due to supplier availability. Your order will contain the description of the items listed on our website and shall only be replaced if we are unable to source the product, if it is out of stock or upon your request).
  • We request a 50% deposit on all Corporate orders and are unable to refund this if the order is cancelled. We are happy to reallocate the deposit amount to purchase any future orders until the balance is depleted.

GST

  • All prices listed on this website include 10% GST for Australian taxation purposes and are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Privacy Statement

We Will Not

  • Sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal information collected about members.
  • Sell or rent member email addresses.
  • Provide 3rd parties with access to our member database.
  • Store financial details online.

We May

  • Use your information to occasionally notify you about new products and services we believe you may be interested in.
  • Use this information to design new features, or improve our website.

 

FREE MEMBERSHIP

Gossip Box's membership is and always will be FREE. By entering our free membership you are allowing Gossip Box to send you regular updates, promotions, competition information and any specials we may have available.  Any winners details may be added to our website and Facebook pages. To enable any winners to redeem their prize, a vaild email address and phone number is required. At anytime you may cancel your membership by emailing us with the request to remove you from our database or simply emailing us with unsubscribe in the subject field.
